Antonio Ramos is a Senior Director leading Talent Attraction and Talent Brand
Marketing at Comcast. Antonio joined Comcast in 2016 to lead a team that is
focused on telling the authentic human story of Comcast, its people, and culture,
in order to attract and retain the “right” talent. As part of those efforts, Antonio is
responsible for developing the company’s talent brand strategy and then
translating that strategy into comprehensive marketing programs to engage and
attract a diverse group of candidates.
Antonio started his career as an entrepreneur founding three companies in the
action sports space. After a decade as an entrepreneur, Antonio got his MBA at
the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and turned his focus to marketing and
building top consumer brands from companies like Crayola, Hasbro, Activision,
and General Mills.
Antonio resides in Chester Springs, PA with his wife Cristy, son Gabriel, and
daughter Mariela. In his spare time, Antonio is active in his church community,
loves to travel, and enjoys playing sports with his family.
