L.E.A.D. is ALPFA’s executive development program designed to support high-performing leaders as they prepare for enterprise-level responsibility. The program focuses on strengthening executive presence, strategic foresight, and the ability to lead with influence across complex organizational systems.
Delivered through a hybrid, multi-phase experience, L.E.A.D. combines immersive in-person learning with sustained virtual application. Participants refine their leadership vision, apply executive-level frameworks to real-world challenges, and build the capacity to lead effectively, sustainably, and with long-term organizational impact.

- Executive Identity, Presence, and Strategic Authority: How leaders evolve from functional excellence to enterprise-level leadership. Participants examine leadership identity, executive presence, strategic narrative, and the authority required to lead with conviction, credibility, and long-term vision.
- Enterprise Decision-Making, Risk, and Strategic Foresight: How executives navigate ambiguity, risk, and complexity. This topic focuses on judgment under pressure, crisis leadership, data-informed decision-making, and aligning short-term choices with long-term enterprise strategy.
- Organizational Transformation and Systems Leadership: How change happens at scale. Participants explore adaptive leadership, stakeholder alignment, power dynamics, and the cultural and political fluency required to lead transformation across complex organizations.
- Power, Capital, and Sustainable Value Creation: How executives expand influence and build enduring value. This topic addresses sponsorship, succession, wealth strategy, governance readiness, and the ability to multiply financial, human, and institutional capital over time.
- Leadership Sustainability, Resilience, and Longevity: How leaders sustain performance across long careers. Participants focus on executive resilience, energy management, transitions, and building personal systems that support clarity, endurance, and purpose-driven leadership.

- Holistic Executive Formation: The curriculum is anchored in ALPFA’s leadership pillars, integrating business mastery, professional EQ, wealth creation, health and wellness, community engagement, and xtrapreneurship. L.E.A.D. prepares participants to lead effectively across organizational and societal contexts by strengthening leadership identity, enterprise influence, sustainability, and long-term impact.

Program Fee: $4,000
The program fee provides full access to the L.E.A.D. executive development experience and the ALPFA Convention. This includes participation in all L.E.A.D. on-site sessions, full Convention access, and continued engagement through virtual sessions and coaching with L.E.A.D. Faculty.

Part I : Pre-Convention Programming
Over two intensive days, participants engage in interactive workshops, leadership simulations, and structured networking. The curriculum focuses on defining leadership identity, enhancing executive-level skills, and creating actionable plans for professional and personal growth.
Part II: ALPFA Convention
Participants gain full access to the convention, where they can connect with peers, industry leaders, and potential employers. The convention experience reinforces the lessons from the pre-convention programming while offering new opportunities for professional advancement and networking.
Part III: Virtual Learning
This phase extends the program’s impact with quarterly virtual workshops and applied learning sessions. Participants will explore advanced topics, including wealth creation, community engagement, and personal well-being. Coaching and consultation elements are embedded into this phase, ensuring personalized guidance and support for sustained leadership growth.
