Cristina Candia Lopez (Cris) is the Senior Director for Inclusion, Diversity and Culture at McKesson. Cris has over 20 years of experience focusing on inclusion and diversity in corporate, non-profit, educational and non-governmental organizations.
Prior to joining McKesson, Cris led Inclusion & Diversity, Supplier Diversity, and Corporate Social Responsibility at JCPenney, and previously served as Director of Operations for Accenture's North America Inclusion & Diversity team. Her experience includes work with the National Society of Hispanic MBAs (now Prospanica), the Pan-American Health Organization, and Texas A&M University.
Cris serves on the board of Girl Scouts of Northeast Texas and is a member of the DFW Hispanic 100.
Cris holds a Masters in International Affairs from the Bush School of Government & Public Service, an Executive Certificate in Corporate Social Responsibility from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, a Graduate Marketing Certificate from Southern Methodist University, a certificate in Advanced International Affairs from the Bush School, and a BA in Political Science from Texas A&M University.
She is the proud daughter of a Puerto Rican Mother and Bolivian Father and was raised in Latin America with her two younger brothers and her sister. She lives in the Dallas area with her husband Justin and their three wonderful kids – Rafael (5), Carolina (7) and Joaquin (10).
