UMI, in partnership with ALPFA, will build and launch an Agentic AI hormonal health platform grounded in clinically proven holistic protocols with an 83% success rate, delivering personalized care without surgery or medication.
We will measure health outcomes and workplace performance, creating a scalable model for professional associations and employers.

Our solution serves three participant journeys:
Emerging Builder (Early-Career Professional): Discovers UMI through ALPFA chapter events, student programming, or Women of ALPFA communications. She downloads the app, completes a health assessment, and receives personalized protocols addressing energy, cycle regularity, and stress management. Gamified progress tracking and community features keep her engaged. Outcome: She builds sustainable habits before health issues derail her trajectory.
Balancing Achiever (Mid-Career Professional): Learns about UMI through Women of ALPFA programming and communications at both national and local levels. She completes a comprehensive assessment and receives AI-generated protocols for managing PCOS, fibroids, or fertility challenges. Premium tiers offer direct access to clinical support. Outcome: She regains the energy and consistency needed to pursue leadership opportunities.
Culture Champion (HR/Talent Executive): Engaged through impact reporting presented at ALPFA’s national convention, showcasing pilot data on reduced absenteeism and improved retention among participants. Enterprise onboarding provides streamlined employee enrollment, usage dashboards, and outcomes reporting. Outcome: She implements a scalable solution that improves workforce health metrics and strengthens her organization’s commitment to women’s advancement.
