Juliette Antwan is the Global IT Internal Audit Manager at Delphi Automotive where she is responsible for the planning and execution of IT SOX and IT risk based audits globally. Juliette leads teams to execute these audits across the Americas, Europe and Asia. Prior to joining Delphi, Juliette was a Manager at Deloitte & Touche, LLP, with the Advisory practice where she worked in projects relating to the testing of controls supporting external and internal audits, issuance of SSAE 16/18 / Service Organization Controls Report (SOC 1 and 2), Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance, IT risk based audits, and board governance projects. Her primary focus was in automotive and financial services audit clients. In addition to her client work, Juliette was the Detroit champion of Deloitte’s Hispanic Network (HNet) diversity initiative.
Prior to her current role as Vice President, Juliette previously held the Director of Student Affairs title for the Michigan ALPFA chapter where she oversaw student chapters at Wayne State University, University of Michigan - Ann Arbor, and Grand Valley State University.
Juliette holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with an emphasis in Accounting from Wayne State University, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) with a major in Management Information Systems from Oakland University. Juliette is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
Christian Rosales is a manager in KPMG’s Global Mobility Services Tax practice. He has spent his entire career with KPMG, starting in 2013 in Houston, TX and relocated to Detroit in October 2017. During his tenure, he has worked on a variety of global tax compliance and tax consulting projects with a heavy focus on coordination with global teams. Christian has experience providing a vast array of global mobility, international payroll, and global equity services. His main industry focus is industrial manufacturing and has vast experience in oil & gas and retail industries as well. He has been an active member of ALPFA since 2013 and serves as the current Vice-President of the Michigan chapter.
Eduardo Salas is a long time Detroit native, growing up in Southwest Detroit, attending Western High School, and moving back to his roots after college. He attended the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, where he studied Finance & Strategy at the Ross School of Business. Eduardo graduated in 2015 with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, and then started his career with Deloitte. While at the University of Michigan, Eduardo was one of the founding members of the ALPFA student chapter. After graduation, Eduardo joined the Michigan professional board as the Director of Student Affairs, and eventually transitioned to his current role as Treasurer.
Eduardo started at Deloitte as a consultant in Business Risk Advisory, focusing on business processes and system implementation. His main industry while at Deloitte was Automotive and Manufacturing, supporting several of the major auto companies in Detroit. Eduardo left Deloitte as a 2nd year Senior Consultant in 2019, and made the transition to the sports industry with Xenith.
As a project manager at Xenith, Eduardo works with a team of developers and engineers to design and execute the technology architecture needed to support the growth of a football start up. Some projects include redesigning how orders are received and fulfilled. Involved improving automation in Xenith’s ERP system, inventory set up, and integrations with Xenith’s sales channels such as Shopify, Salesforce, and Big Box retail partners. Additional projects that Eduardo has led are supporting the Sales and Marketing team with a redefined “Sales Approach & Stages”, as well as setting out a robust “Lead Management” process.
Eduardo takes his experience in business processes and consulting to identify opportunities of improvement, and work with respective teams to develop strategy through people, process, and technology that support growth.
Vivica Townsin is a Kindergarten elementary school teacher who has a passion for helping the Latino community in the Metro Detroit area. Prior to teaching, Vivica was a human resource specialist at Deloitte where she supported employees during international assignments.br

Brenda Rios is director of Public Relations for Ally, where she leads external communications for the financial company’s auto business. A former reporter at the Detroit Free Press, Brenda has held a variety of communications leadership roles at GM, Trinity Health and Anthem Inc.
Brenda is married with three children and loves the outdoors, travel and dancing.
Stephany is a Corporate Finance professional currently working at a Urban Mobility startup within General Motors, Maven. Prior to Maven she has had various roles in Global Product Development, Global Purchasing and Supply Chain, and Sales & Marketing. At GM she is also part of the GM Latino Network.

Marcia Leobel is the Manager of Technical Accounting at DTE Energy, a Detroit-based diversified energy company involved in the development and management of energy-related businesses and services nationwide. Marcia is responsible for overseeing the preparation and timely issuance of DTE Energy, DTE Electric and DTE Gas annual and quarterly financial statements filed, furnished or provided to the SEC, FERC, MPSC, DOL and other external users. Additionally functions as DTE’s leading technical accounting expert on current and evolving accounting rules and regulations (GAAP).
Marcia joined DTE Energy in August 2015. Prior to DTE, Marcia was employed with FCA US in the External Reporting Group and at KPMG as an audit Senior Manager. Marcia earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (Brazil).

Steven Ventura is the Strategy and Performance Management Group Analyst for Blue Cross Blue Shieldof Michigan. In his current role, Ventura is responsible for technology utilized to report and manage the strategic corporate project portfolios and budget for the enterprise roadmap. Prior to this position, Ventura worked as Corporate Compliance Technology Specialist, an auditor with the Corporate Compliance Office. Before joining Blue Cross, Ventura held positions as a Lead Finance/HR Business Strategy Specialist for Massó Roofing Inc. in San Juan Puerto Rico, Cost Financial Analyst for Chrysler LLC and HR Generalist for DaimlerChrysler. Monica Stevens, Director of Communications & Marketing for ALPFA Michigan, is an intercultural trainer and international business consultant, owner of MES Consulting Services, LLC that serves corporate clients in Metro Detroit. Prior to this, she served as PR Coordinator for the Association of Mexican Professionals in Michigan (APROMEX). Monica has an MSBA and two BAs in Professional and Technical Writing and Spanish. She was a college professor for 13 years, and is an honorary member of Alpha Mu Gamma, the National Collegiate Foreign Language Honor Society of the US. Prior to moving to the US, she worked as Editorial Director for a PR company in Mexico, and as Foreign Correspondent in the UK for Mexico’s "Correo Diplomático y Consular". She was also a guest speaker on business etiquette and the English language for television station Cableclub, XEX radio station in Mexico City, and “Panorama de la Mujer”. Rodolfo was previously the Vice-President of Portfolio Management (EPM) and head of the NEXUS program at MBFS. Nexus was the largest, most complex program in MBFS’s portfolio and ended in 2016.
