2020 Fall Virtual Student Symposium

You will return to the career fair landing page on the day of the event and will be able to click on the company logos. This will take you directly to the company’s Zoom meeting room.
The time zones listed on our website and documentation are for Central Time. When you register for our event or for a meeting time slot for our career fair, the calendar notice will put it in your current time zone where you live and it will be accurate.
You cannot update your resume. Please be sure to submit an accurate resume as we do send these to all of our clients before the event. We also match the resumes to the Calendly schedule so the recruiters know who is meeting with them and at what time.
Yes. You do need to have your camera on during your meetings at the career fair.
Yes. If you were not able to schedule a one-on-one connection with a company, we encourage you to still stop by that company’s booth to talk to the host and leave your information.

Most of the scheduled connections are for 10 minutes, however, a few companies do have meetings that are longer and some are a group setting. Your Calendly notice will tell you the amount of time scheduled.
We will use Zoom for the career fair.
