About Jimmy Sanchez: Jimmy is a Managing Director and Market Investment Executive at Bank of America Private Bank. In this role, Jimmy is responsible for managing the Investment Management and Trust Teams in Southern California and Arizona. He leads the Portfolio Managers in developing customized investment strategies that are unique to each client in order to provide integrated advice and portfolio management services to high-net worth clients. In leading the Trust Officers, Jimmy ensures that clients are receiving sound wealth transfer planning and trust services advice. Jimmy is also responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow the assets under management.

Jimmy serves as the regional chief investment officer often speaking at events communicating Bank of America Private Bank’s Global Forecasts. He is also co-chair of the Divisional Administrative and Investment Review Committee. Jimmy joined U.S. Trust in 2009 and has more than 25 years of experience in the global capital markets industry. Prior to assuming his role at U.S. Trust, Jimmy was a Managing Director at Lehman Brothers leading the Partnership Investment Team which invested on behalf of the Firm’s most senior executives.

Jimmy started his career on Wall Street working at Chemical Banking Corporation-Global Investors Limited. Jimmy received his Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers College. He is a Chartered Portfolio Manager and is a member of the Global Academy of Finance and Management.

 

About Peter Guzman: Peter Guzman is the President of the Latin Chamber of Commerce. The LCC is the most powerful Hispanic Chamber in Nevada with over 45 years of community work and business representation. The LCC has provided services for the community for over 40 years and continues to grow. “The Latin Chamber of Commerce is a beacon of light for the business community and a shining star of hope for those in need of assistance in our great community”.  

Peter is also an accomplished Small Business Owner, Real Estate Investor and Developer. Peter came to Nevada 45 years ago at the age of 2. He has worked very hard in helping people achieve the dream of home ownership. His work has been recognized nationally by all of the major Real Estate Organizations and he has been recognized as the Top Producer for the entire company in 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009, with over $650 million in sales.   

 

About Ana Munoz (Moderator): Ana Munoz built a Continuous Improvement capability for Caesars Entertainment by cultivating a culture of continuous learning, systematic problem solving, data-driven decision making and team member collaboration. As a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, she spent her days developing leaders in her organization to leverage the Continuous Improvement methodology for business and process improvements. With 20 years of hospitality and gaming experience, she was able to tap into her knowledge of the industry when supporting various teams along their continuous improvement journeys. As an enthusiastic learner herself, she finds much inspiration in facilitating the learning of others and witnessing their incredible growth.

Ana holds a B.S. in Hospitality Management with University of Nevada, Las Vegas and a M.B.A. with Post University. She works towards diversity, equality and inclusion by serving for five years as Chair for Caesars Hispanic Business Impact Group (VIA). She currently holds positions on the Advisory Council for Hispanic Scholarship Fund and Executive Board for the Association of Latino Professionals for America (ALPFA) Las Vegas Chapter.
