Description: Join us for this 45-minute gentle yoga class. In this beginner’s class, we will be practicing some standing and balancing poses with slow and mindful movements. Relax and expand in your body, as we focus on alignment and breath-work. Class will end with a long restorative closing posture. This class is great for beginners, or for those wanting to stay in each pose for longer periods.  Please bring a yoga mat or large towel, and if you have super tight hamstrings and back, you can bring a strap, bathrobe belt or a long hand towel.

Room: Canal A

Capacity: 190-200
