ALPFA Student Chapter Leader Report Gateway

 

Student Leaders,

You're Here! You made it! You've done an amazing job. Help us tell everyone about what you've accomplished this year and who you've accomplished it with and for. At the same time, update your executive board rosters for the coming school year and get a jump on what's coming up next term. Finally, a roster of your members, both Basic and Premium to ensure all of your members are officially recognized and have access to the services available to them online, and events and services provided through local professional chapters near home or school, regionally, and nationally.

 

In order to maintain an active charter as an officially-recognized ALPFA Student chapter:

  • Spring Report (MAY):  the report below must be filed on or before the last Saturday in May.
    • Failure to do so by midnight will cause the chapter status to be updated to "unverified".
    • Failure to provide a report by the last Saturday in June will move the chapter status from "unverified" to "inactive" until the report is submitted and approved.
  • Fall Report (December): the report below must be filed on or before December 31.
    • Failure to do so by midnight will cause the chapter status to be updated to "unverified".
    • Failure to provide a report by the last Saturday in January will move the chapter status from "unverified" to "inactive" until the report is submitted and approved.
    • PLEASE NOTE: FOR FALL 2016, AN ANNUAL REPORT WITH THE ADDITIONAL STUDENT MEMBER SPREADSHEET MUST BE FILED BY MIDNIGHT, SATURDAY, DECEMBER 31, 2016.

Thank you again for all your hard work to keep your chapter strong against the odds... leading your peers is hard. But there's a reward, for you and for them, when we work together. Please complete the form below to the best of your ability. If you can't find the requested statistics on your school website (most often on the "about" tab), please request the information on the latest year available from your registrar's office.

  1. Annual Report Worksheet (DOC)
    • Use the worksheet to complete your answers and copy them into the form below. (Sometimes a page like this left open too long will time out and you lose your responses. We don't want that to happen to you!)
  2. Annual Report Student Officers - Executive Board Members (XLS)
    • Download and complete the Executive Board Members workbook. Please rename the file to include your school name, i.e., "Student_Officers_ALPFA_Dalton_State.xlsx" before uploading it below.
  3. ALPFA Student Membership Report (XLS)
    • This file is to update your Basic (no cost) and Premium ($30 annual fee) members and ensure they are added to your official chapter roster. If you have questions about the import file, please email Lori Ruff, SVP Membership ALPFA Colleges and Universities at lori.ruff@national.alpfa.org and cc studentchapterrelations@national.alpfa.org
    •  MEMBERSHIP DEFINITIONS:
      •  Effective April 1, 2015, ALPFA began offering Basic Student membership which has no cost at the national level.
      • All student chapter members who are not Premium Student members are deemed to be Basic Student members and should be registered even though no payment is due in order to allow them access to the programs and services offered to students at the regional or national organizational level.
      • Premium Student membership did not change and remains a qualification of Student Leader EBoard Service and for special events and programs as offered from time to time.

Remember to have at the ready any periodic letter or notice from your school to upload and indicate any requirements to maintain active status with the university. When you are ready, please work quickly so the page does not timeout.
