Meet the Women of ALPFA, the premier and most popular initiative of our organization. The programming includes workshop options for professionals and students at all levels to immerse in a celebration of Latina Leadership.

This two-day program of intense sessions, deliberately designed through a Hispanic lens and facilitated by our ALPFA Solutions team, challenges participants to critically assess their own strengths and weaknesses and provides a platform for the participants to develop their executive presence and presentation skills. 

By the end of this training, you will be able to highlight key differences between being a Hispanic executive and being an executive who happens to be Hispanic.

Attendees will earn 16 CEUs and be presented a Certificate of Completion by ALPFA Solutions. Lunch will be provided.

Nominations Close Midnight May 31

ALPFA’s Annual Awards Ceremonies are the highlight of the Convention experience. The first presented are Women of ALPFA and Chapter of the Year awards on Saturday. Next, presentation of Student of the Year award and Scholarship recipients at the Scholarship Luncheon are made on Monday. The celebration continues through the GALA giving us a chance to celebrate throughout the convention. These award recipients are people and chapters who are enhancing the Latino experience. They help us recognize, empower, and create visibility for our community’s most inspiring students and professionals.
