We are looking for new team members to encourage and empower the Latino Employee Resource Groups (ERG's) of our corporate partners. Providing Latino employees with a voice inside their organization is a critical goal of ALPFA Philadelphia. One of the best ways we provide value to our members is through the quality events we host! We are looking for new members to help us plan and execute future events on behalf of ALPFA Philadelphia. This committee partners intimately with all our other committees to achieve common objectives during our events. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are recommended for this role.
We are looking for members who are interested in connecting with our student members & student chapters to ensure their success. Our student chapters are student led but often turn to the ALPFA Philadelphia professional chapter for guidance and support for their various events. These students truly are the next generation of Latino leaders and we are committed to their success. This committee facilitates networking, encourages professionalism, promotes internships & full-time opportunities, and supports student event planning.
Do you know the in's & out's of social media and branding? Are interested in applying your communications skills by crafting quality messaging for distribution to our members? We want you! We need your help managing our social media sites and promoting upcoming events. We also are looking for someone to keep our website current for viewers like you. Lastly, this role is responsible for the regular communications to our ALPFA Philadelphia members regarding news, current job opportunities, etc.
We are looking for new team members to help recruit new members and deliver value to our existing members. As a membership organization, our members are why we exist.
