VP events/programming:

This role requires a dynamic leader that can create and deliver a robust calendar of events that cross professional, student, sponsor and community interests.  We are looking for an "out of the box" innovator who will assemble a team focused on creating unique and lasting value to our members and sponsors.  Candidates should have strong organizational skills; demonstrated leadership ability on teams/projects; exceptional communications/presentation skills and a passion for delivering results.




VP student affairs:

This role requires an individual passionate about expanding opportunities for our next generation of leaders...our students.  The VP of Student Affairs will be charged with expanding our current student chapter footprint; Developing stronger relationships with our student leaders and University Stakeholders and creating a clear conversion path for students to professional member.  This role will partner very closely with each Student Chapter leadership to obtain their input, perspective and support of strategies/initiatives.  Candidates should have the ability to form a dynamic team that will be active on campus with students; have a passion for student development and have the energy and vision to expand our presence across the Colleges/Universities of New Jersey.




VP business development: 

This critical leadership role requires an individual who has the vision and execution skills to fully leverage the diversity of industry in New Jersey to increase our Chapter Partnerships.  In this role, the VP of Business Development will be charged with assessing the overall partnership opportunity in New Jersey and creating a strategic plan to engage new companies/industries for the betterment of our members and ALPFA overall.  Candidates should possess strong influencing skills, ability to engage business leaders at all levels, strong business presence with demonstrated sales/deal negotiation skills and a passion for increasing the opportunities for our members.




VP membership:

The leader of our Membership efforts will focus on increasing our membership overall in both the student and professional arenas.  This individual must possess a strong understanding of ALPFA's value proposition and have the creativity to translate that into membership outreach efforts.  Candidates for this role should have demonstrated leadership in pushing forward large initiatives; strong influencing/sales skills, ability to communicate effectively with all levels and a driving passion for ALPFA.




Treasurer:

This role requires a financially astute visionary.  Our Chapter Treasurer is responsible for our financial health and ability to deliver our commitments to our members and sponsors.  This critical role will work closely with all our Chapter Board leaders and our National Team to drive our Chapters Financial standing.  Candidates for this role should have a strong background in budget management, innovative ideas for fundraising and a passion for increasing the value our Chapter can deliver to our members and sponsors.
