These women are focused on the professional development and continual advancement of their members. Participants will have the opportunity to engage with fellow leaders and like-minded individuals. BACKGROUND

March 2016 marks the 3rd Annual ALPFA NABA event in honor of Women’s History Month - this year hosted by Allstate. This year Ascend will partner with ALPFA and NABA for the first time. This annual event will bring together a diverse group of successful woman leaders, allowing participants to reflect on their own goals and status as they advance within their organizations.


EVENT THEME

The topic this year is Changing Demographics – Promoting Women’s Leadership. Programming will highlight women of influence who are leaders in their community and will also serve as an example of successful women in Corporate America. This will include a panel discussion followed by a keynote speaker with networking to follow.
