EY’s Tri-State LPN (Latino Professional Network) & ALPFA (Association of Latino Professionals for America) are co-hosting an executive panel that will explore unique perspectives on managing your career. The event will include a panel discussion with internal and external leaders and networking in an informal atmosphere. Professionals from across industries will be invited to share knowledge, expand their personal and professional networks, and challenge the perceptions of the environments in which we work and live.
 
Topic: Are you the CEO of your career?

In an ever-changing and ambiguous work environment, the need to take charge and manage your own career is more important than ever before. In this session, we will discuss the approaches, experiences and outcomes in the career journeys of leading Latino executives. We will have a candid conversation about how being the CEO of your career requires changing your current mindset and how creating new roles for yourself in the corporate web is a more dynamic and useful strategy for building a rewarding 21st century career.
