Check-in: is 4:00PM. Check out is 11:00 AM.
Guests arriving before 4:00PM can arrange to check baggage at the bell desk. For guests attending functions on departure day, you may also work with the bell desk to store luggage.
Professional Rate: $175 per night plus tax and $32 per day resort fee which includes internet access, fitness center access, and complimentary local calls, (rate available up to three days pre and post, based on availability).
Please note that in order to confirm a room reservation, the Hotel will require you to provide a first night’s deposit (refundable up to 72 hours in advance of the convention date/nonrefundable within 72 hours.) Credit cards are acceptable to establish prepayment.

CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY:
A reservation may be canceled without penalty up to 3 days prior to the attendee’s arrival date.
